Last night, I went and checked out the Grand Rapids Symphony. Normally, I never really attend the Symphony because classical music doesn't appeal to me to much. Last night however, the DeVos Performance hall was packed with crazed gamers, young and old! Why? The symphony performed some of our favorite video game songs. Was I satisfied with it though?

One thing I really enjoy about video games is music. It has evolved so much over the years from simple "chip tunes" to full fledged orchestra's! Who lives in this world and does not know the theme to Super Mario Bros.? Legend of Zelda? Halo? Not many! It has evolved so much to the point, to where you can hear this great music performed live. Mad Max is a pretty sweet movie. It was the first movie the featured a new actor straight from Australia...that actor today is Mel Gibson. The movie was about a dude who was taking revenge on a gang that killed his family, also searching for gas to fuel his car.

Then came a game that 'supposedly' had nothing to do with Mad Max, but all the similarities were there. The game though...was actually pretty kick ass!
