WZZM-13 reports Southbound US-31 has reopened in northern Muskegon County after a multi-vehicle accident involving dozens of vehicles. The pileup happened just before noon Wednesday in between White Lake Drive and Russell Road.

(WZZM-13) Northbound U.S. 131 has reopened in Allegan County following a snowy pile-up involving at least 10 vehicles around 11:20 a.m. Thursday morning. The accident happened at the 50 mile marker, about one mile north of Plainwell.

Tax day headaches are going to turn into migraines for some West Michigan commuters. A major construction project begins on 131 in Grand Rapids on April 15.

A major construction project on 28th Street has begun. The project is not expected to be done until November 22. Some drivers are growing impatient, taking shortcuts, and getting tickets.
