Police are asking anyone with information on a deadly shooting on Grand Rapids' northeast side early Friday morning to come forward.
The shooting happened around 4a.m. near Knapp Street and Truxton Drive. A street sweeping crew nearby witnessed an unknown suspect shoot the woman and drive off in a vehicle, Wood TV8 reports.
Police Investigating Homicide After Body Found in Grand Rapids’ Yard Early Saturday
Around 3:45 a.m. Saturday, Grand Rapids Police received a call that brought them to a home at the corner of Caufield Ave. SW and Hall St. SW.
According to Fox 17, a body was found in the side yard of the residence.
The man was pronounced dead on scene. Police are investigating what they are now calling a homicide.
