Game to try before you die: Adventure (Atari 2600)

What the hell is "Adventure?"

What: Adventure is the game the was pretty much the foundation to all adventure games today (obviously).  Available on Atari 2600, this game you play as a warrior (a square) leaving the castle to obtain a cup like object (Indiana Jones?) and bring it back to the castle. Simple enough right?

Why: Even though the game is extremely dated, this is actually a fun game. You get to move a little square around mazes, stab dragons with a pointy arrow (that look like oversized rabid ducks), find the grail, and race back to the castle! Sometimes, the simple things are the best.

Try Adventure, this game was the precursor to games like Zelda and any ADVENTURE game that exist today.
