I have only been in a couple bands in my life. There was one time where I would say that my guitar did the talking. I may be no Dimebag Darrell, but I can play a tune here and there. I was in a full cover band named 'The Drunk I Love You's.' We were pretty cool.
This week is pretty cool! I get to meet a lot of big name bands in my line of work, and this one is no exception. Last night, Chevelle performed at The Orbit Room to a SOLD OUT crowd! Before the show though, we got to meet the band and have a picture taken.
FYI, there is no such thing as a normal picture with me
I don't know how I feel about this quite yet. Resident Evil 6 was such a disappointment to me.
Every time I ask someone what they thought of RE 6, it's usually met with an: "Eh. ... It was OK." I have yet to hear that it was awesome, which sucks.
Then, I heard that there there is a possibility of a Resident Evil 7 survival horror game on the horizon and that the new game may be announced at E3 2014, which is June 10 to 12 in Los Angeles. And where I normally was excited, I feel kind of "eh" about it.
This was one of the first video games I ever played. It was in a stack of NES games that my father brought in along with the popular titles like Super Mario Bros. and Legend of Zelda. As a really young kid, I had NO clue what I had to do in this. As I got older, I started to understand it better. However, I still can't beat it.
I have been and always will be a KISS Army member until the day I am laid to rest.
I'm only 26. So, while I was not around when KISS hit the scene in 1973, I remember watching a movie featuring these guys in war paint named "Detroit Rock City." Seeing the spectacle of this band got me hooked on them. I quickly wanted everything KISS, including vinyl albums. I remember where I got my first album, too!
