When you move into a new house, you not only get a cool house, but sometimes your inherit that old homes memories. I can remember when we left our house on Carpenter, we had a door that had my brother and I's height measurements on it. When you pass away though, what will you leave behind?
Sometimes I forget lunch at work. Actually that happens quite frequently. I get up in the morning, forget to make my lunch the previous night, get to work, and realize that once again I have to blow money on food that I have a bunch of at home. However, there are sometimes that I am 100% OK with forgetting to bring food.
Just when you think Halloween was in it's prime, you can't help but deny the fact that the holiday juggernaut known as Christmas is just around the corner. Downtown Grand Rapids is no stranger to the merry season.
For the past few years, I have always posted about video games that are good in a weekly (well, sometimes weekly) article named 'Games To Try Before You Die.' I have always been a happy video game player, but when I looked at my game collection. I realized I have a lot of games that are just awful. Why do I own these? Why am I attracted to crappy games? Starting today, I'm going to post about games that you really SHOULD'NT try before you die.
BlizzCon is coming up this year and everyone is really excited about Warcraft, Starcraft, etc. Before there was the juggernaut that was WoW or Starcraft, there was this game that Blizzard released on home consoles that just kicked ass. It hasn't been looked at for years, and if they rebooted this game, that would be pretty awesome.
I went to go and pick up the new Slipknot album at Best Buy in Grandville a couple of days ago. I remember when I could go there and sift through thousands of CD's to find something obscure, but these days, that's just not possible.
