Metal Moment: Down
Been awhile since we have a had a Metal Moment isn't it? Well with all the craziness of the recent Phil Anselmo interview, I couldn't help but recognize Phil's band that came upon the metal world while he was in Pantera, and that is DOWN!
Games To Try Before You Die: Star Fox (SNES)
Look at the games that we have today. They look all nice and polished and stuff, we strive for realism in games all of the time. If it doesn't look real, it looks like crap. Back then, getting realism in a game was difficult, hell...even getting a 3D perspective what felt like it was impossible! Then Star Fox came along and said, "Graphics?! HELL YEA MAN! We have the Super FX chip!"
Phil Anselmo Talks Solo Album, Pantera Reunion, Rock Hall of Fame, And More!
Pantera is one of the greatest metal bands of all time. Pantera brought us Dimebag Darrell, unforgettable songs like 'Walk,' 'Cowboys from Hell,' '5 Minutes Alone,' and so much more. Getting the opportunity to talk to Phil Anselmo, the lead singer of Pantera and Down, was quite the trip. Seems like there is a lot going on in Phil's world, and he wants you to know about it.
Slipknot Plan on Recording New Album For 2013
Much speculation and rumor have been surrounding Slipknot since the death of bass player Paul Grey whether Slipknot would continue. Good news is that they are going to continue as they co-headlining the latest Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival this year. Many fans were wondering if a new album would ever turn out....and there is.
Games to Try Before You Die: Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater (PSX/N64)
Skateboarding...I think everyone tried it at least once. They either failed miserably at it, or followed through and were able to pull off at least an Ollie or something. When Tony Hawk hit the scene with the X Games in the late 90's, he revolutionized skateboarding and we followed him too. Then the video game came out, and then even your 5 year old brother could be a skateboarding mad man....and we loved it.
Brian ‘Head’ Welch Rejoined KORN For Carolina Show!
May 5th, a show named 'Carolina Rebellion' rocked the faces of many. The day long festival showcased Shinedown, Evanescence, Five Finger Death Punch, P.O.D, and KORN! Brian Welch left Korn to become a born again Christian and follow his faith. Inspired by Axel Roses grudge against the original members of Guns n' Roses, Welch rejoined Korn on-stage to play some Korn Klassics!

Games to Try Before You Die: Outlander (SNES/Genesis)
Mad Max is a pretty sweet movie. It was the first movie the featured a new actor straight from Australia...that actor today is Mel Gibson. The movie was about a dude who was taking revenge on a gang that killed his family, also searching for gas to fuel his car.
Then came a game that 'supposedly' had nothing to do with Mad Max, but all the similarities were there. The game though...was actually pretty kick ass!
