Someone parked next to a McDonald's and caught a guy on video on a motorized gurney.

He is traveling down the sidewalk before he makes his way across the street to the fast-food restaurant, making his way through its drive-through on a gurney.

The person filming then pulled into the restaurant's parking lot to get a good view of the man placing his order while laying face down on his gurney.
