From classic burgers to unique creations, and all variety of fries like crinkle cut, shoestring, and curly, the top spots were picked based on genuine user reviews, awards and accolades, and the first-hand experience of their team.

Lovefood's pick for the restaurant serving up the best "mouth-watering" burger and fries in Michigan is California Burgerz, with locations in Warren and Hamtramck.

According to Click on Detroit, the owner is a big fan of In-n-Out and created his own restaurant inspired by the burger chain. The first location opened in 2017.

On the menu you'll find classic burgers made with Angus Beef, but also the LA Bacon Burger with Caramelized Onions, American Cheese, and California Burger Sauce, on a Potato Bun. With similar toppings, the Gorilla Burger is served on a Pretzel Bun.
