It's Halloween! Today is also day 7 of my 7 Days of Halloween creepiness! This image is crazy! I can't decide how I feel about it really. It's a tattoo a guy has and its done in 3d! It looks like a real doll but in actuality it's just a tattoo! BAH! Weirdness... check it out, Happy Halloween!
It's day 5 of my creepy photo marathon. This photo was sent to me actually from one of you! This is one of the creepiest "group costumes" I have ever seen. Mainly because it doesn't look like they are dressed up to party, or trick r' treat, it looks like they are ready for a murderous rampage
Last year I did the whole corpse bride thing so I probably shouldn't do a "bride" like costume again this year, BUT this year is different since in less then 4 weeks I will be getting married! So some of my best friends (bridesmaids) decided to go crazy in GR dressed as a dead bridal party! Check out the photos of our costumes this past weekend.
Halloween is right around the corner! In honor of the creepiest holiday we have, I decided to do "7 days of creepy photos!" Today's creepy photo appears to me, unbeatable, I do not know how I'll find creepier for day 2... but I will.
I decided to search for some kick ass halloween costumes. You may remember last year I was Corpse Bride and I went a bit above and beyond, which included hand dying my dress myself! So while I am scrounging the internet I found some costumes that were AWESOME. Some were kids and some were adults but either way they kick ass. Check out the gallery below, I even threw in a bonus 6th costume because it was just too awesome not to share!
I have as of late stumbled upon some really screwed up stuff on the internet. This image gallery tops everything! It's different circus people from the 1800's early 1900's that were the, "circus freaks." You know, Like the bearded lady and what not? These are some kind of some disturbing images so don't say I didn't warn you.
Halloween is around the corner which means it's time for some crazy Halloween costumes! Our AlternaChick photographer, Jason Hite, of Hite Design and Photography captured these not so long ago. For some reason masks like the one our AlternaChick Bryne is wearing creep me the freak out! Way worse than an actual scary mask!
I get scared easily...
Two of our AlternaChicks, Sadie and Lara came out to the comicon this weekend as well and they were dressed and ready! Sadie came as Tank Girl and Lara was in her infamous Chell from Portal cosplay! We had our photographer friend Jason Hite there and we ran outside for a quick, mini photo session!
The world had a big ol’ laugh when Kristen Bell turned into a crying mess after laying eyes on the first sloth she ever saw that wasn’t separated from her by metal bars or an unbreakable sheet of glass. The internet might have had some fun at her expense, but if they bothered to look up some of these amazing and astounding facts about sloths, they might have been the ones crying into their hands on YouTube and Bell would've had the last laugh.
The music community in Grand Rapids was shocked to learn of the unexpected passing of longtime Orbit Room owner Don Dorshimer this past weekend. Dorshimer died at the age of 56 according to Spins On Music. A sold out crowd honored the music lover and business man during last night's (October 6) Five Finger Death Punch show. Check out our photo gallery below.
Yes, there is a meme that is named "Inappropriate Sexual Innuendo Dog That Dresses And Talks Like A Pirate." And what better day to feature the top 10 than on Talk Like A Pirate Day! So stop swabbing your poop deck and climb aboard for a treacherous trip through our booty! Arrrrrrggghhhhh!
These images are almost confusing at first but when you take a closer look they are wicked cool. This is a series of images from crime scenes that happened in the 40's, and 50's that have been superimposed onto modern day New York City. I had to look at a few before my eyes adjusted to what I was looking at. Take a close look these are some very cool pictures!
