Man Falls Eight Stories But Survives Because He Lands On A Port-A-Potty

Typically, when there's a story about someone falling eight stories from a building, it ends with the news that they did not survive the fall.

But one construction worker in Aurora, Colorado managed to survive after falling eight stories from the Gaylord Hotel project. Must be a miracle, right? Well, not exactly. You see, his 80+ foot fall was cushioned by, of all things, a port-a-potty! That's right, this guy fell eight stories AND SURVIVED because he landed on a portable crapper! Talk about luck!

The company that the man works for says that he was rushed to the hospital and will need surgery, but he is expected to make a full recovery.
