Crash Sends Tire Through Wyoming Restaurant’s Window

Police are investigating after a serious car accident in Wyoming Sunday afternoon.

Fox 17 reports the two-car crash happened around 1:30 p.m. and shut down Chicago Drive between Federal and Burlingame Avenues.

A tire from one of the vehicles flew into a window at New Beginnings Restaurant as patrons dined there, damaging a wall and a booth.

No one inside the restaurant was injured. According to Fox 17, there were injuries as a result of the accident, but the extent of the injuries is unknown.
