It's Bissell Pet Foundations Spring Empty the Shelters event, which takes place nationwide. This time 380+ organizations are participating across 43 states. There are four Empty the Shelters events each year.

Bissell Pet Foundations Spring Empty the Shelters 2025

Empty the Shelters is back throughout the country May 1 through 15, 2025. Adopt an animal for $70 or less. Your new pet will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
