Atlanta Rapper Donates To The Homeless By ‘Making It Rain’

Atlanta-based rapper Ralo has stirred up some controversy after giving to the homeless in an unusual way. Instead of donating to a charity, or simply handing someone some cash, he decided to make it rain…on the homeless.

Weird, right?

Some are saying this was an act of altruism. They're praising his club-style philanthropy as a unique and positive thing.  After all, he was giving them money. But others see it as an insult, making light of the dire situation these poor people are in. It does come off a little tacky, doesn't it? Maybe just give them money? Or maybe just discreetly write a check to a reputable charity? Who knows what his true motives were. Who knows if absolute altruism even exists. Who knows anything anymore.
