Shaneka Torres, the 30 year-old-woman who fired a gun into a McDonald's on 28th St. after the restaurant failed to add bacon to her burger, has been denied a new trial.

WZZM-13 reports that Torres' attorneys argued that something that was said by prosecutors during her original trial may have swayed the jury.

Torres' attorneys say prosecutors mentioned in closing arguments that Torres decided not to testify, and even though the judge ordered the jury to ignore the remark, it still had an effect.

The judge denied the motion for a new trial and upheld the original sentence.

Torres faces three to seven years in behind bars and has been moved to a state prison to serve her sentence.
