The Viral Subway Masturbator From Last Week May Be A Repeat Offender

If you caught Segment 17  last week, you may remember us talking about the metro masturbator who got busted fondling his junk on a subway train in New York. This story follows up on that incident, talking to Deanna Carter, the woman who berated him and recorded the whole incident, causing the internet to rejoice.

Apparently this guy is a serial stroker. A few weeks ago, another woman recorded him doing the same thing, wearing the same lame get-up, and covering his pervy junk with the same stupid backpack. Unfortunately, the previous woman never went to the police.  She only posted the video on Facebook as a warning to other women.

So if you're on the subway in New York City, keep an eye out! There's a masturbator on the loose!
