This week in the studio, we celebrated "The Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show" being with 97.9 WGRD for 10 years! There was a luncheon and very unexpected decoration that still freaks me out!

The main event had finally occurred! Something we had been waiting for all weekend! Wayne Static returned to the stage to perform Static-X's album 'Wisconsin Death Trip!" That night, he dominated the stage!

Carnival of Chaos has come and gone last weekend, but I am still recovering from the weekend. On the third day, it actually hurt to be awake. Besides all of the bands and stuff, the people who attend Carnival of Chaos are all pretty crazy. They are there to forget about work and everyday life, and just party till they can't operate normally.

I have been working at WGRD for a number of years now, and a long time ago, we had a WGRD Rock Trailer. This thing is pretty awesome! It has a TV, surround sound, mini-fridge, etc. It's just loaded with awesome! Recently I tried to 'Revive the Rock.'

Lot's of fun going on at Carnival of Chaos this weekend, perhaps one of the more stranger things that happened were these funny guys selling me rocks. No, not some sort of drugs....real, actual, from the earth...rocks

It's the morning, I am tired, and it was pretty cold...that's always fun. Fortunatly, I had a tent and a warm sleeping bag to sleep in. It was cold windy morning for me. This guy though, well that's a different story.

Besides camping, metal, rock, etc. There are a lot of cool vendors at Carnival of Chaos. Not only can you get some cool clothing, but they are blowing glass, get some delicious food, and heck, how about a Metalhead Ned T-shirt?

Talk about one heck of day! There was fire breathers, drunk people, and a variety of music from all around the state. Check out my full recap here and some of the unique moments I captured.

I have arrived, and it is time to party! More than 80 local bands, Wayne Static, camping and all the booze that one can fit into a car! It is time for Carnival of Chaos!

When I think extreme performance, Watain is the definition of that for me. I have yet to see these guys live, but after watching video's of them perform, it is one of the most awesome and disgusting things I will ever see. It's metal as hell! Then I got the email saying, "Hey, wanna talk to Watain?" Well, of course I do!

I love collecting video games! It's just a thing I enjoy to do. The quest for a cheap but rare game is a very exhilarating experience. Just imagine finding 'Earthbound' at a garage sale for $2? Good feeling right? Since 2009, my game collection has grown insanely, but here is the start of it.

I was walking down the hallway yesterday and I couldn't help but notice that our live events manager was dressed up for a Beach Party. I don't know what exactly she was doing, but I figured it was a very random thing to stumble upon.
