Bruce Dickinson, aside from being one of the greatest singers in the world, is also a professional pilot, and investor in a fantastic new project called Airlander.

Airlander is a giant lighter-than-air craft -- basically think dirigible (a balloon with engines). It can take off and land anywhere, can do it vertically, hover, stay up for long periods of time, and carry heavy loads. Oh, and it's also much cleaner and greener than airplanes.

Sounds freaking amazing, right?

To help raise more funds to help get the craft back in the air, Bruce Dickinson has narrated a cool video on why the world needs Airlander and Hybrid Air Vehicles.

I like those drawing videos for some reason; maybe because I wish I could draw.

This looks like a really cool project, and I hope I get the chance to fly on one! And so many movies of the future use dirigibles in them.

So, it would be really cool to have them up in the air again!
