From The Bar Stool: Bank Foreclosing On Your House? Why Not Demolish It With A Bulldozer!

I’m no stranger to weird nights drinking at various Grand Rapids establishments and I hear a ton of messed up crap! This is one of those tales. It’s another edition of From the Bar Stool. This one is great man! A 47 year old Ohio dude received notice that the bank was foreclosing on his house, but instead of giving it back to the bank, he went out and rented a bulldozer and demolished it!

Couple a dudes I was drinking with last weekend told me this happened a few weeks ago in Ohio, just a few doors down from where one of their uncles lived, so he saw the whole thing go down.

One morning, Uncle Jim hears the roar of a bulldozer, walks down the street and asked his neighbor what the hell was going on, and I guess basically the neighbor told him the bank wanted his house back, and there was no way he was giving it back, and he just started ramming his house with the bulldozer and in less than an hour knocked the entire house down!

No word on if the guy was arrested or not, I’m guessing not. Even if the bank was foreclosing, its still your house and you can do with it what you like right? Hell, I don’t know, but either the coolest dude ever, or the most stupid guy ever!
