Nevermind was originally released on September 24, 1991, and has sold over 30 million copies worldwide. It was the second studio album from Nirvana and brought grunge to the masses in the early 90's. The band's success was short-lived, however, as frontman Kurt Cobain committed suicide on April 5, 1994, at the age of 27.
