A canine influenza outbreak has sickened more than 1,000 dogs in the states surrounding Michigan.

Police Investigating Homicide After Body Found in Grand Rapids’ Yard Early Saturday

Around 3:45 a.m. Saturday, Grand Rapids Police received a call that brought them to a home at the corner of Caufield Ave. SW and Hall St. SW.

According to Fox 17, a body was found in the side yard of the residence.

The man was pronounced dead on scene. Police are investigating what they are now calling a homicide.

Grandville Business Owner Responds to Criticism of His Facebook Post

A Grandville business owner is taking to Facebook yet again to address the criticism being voiced toward him and his company following a different Facebook post in which he condemned homosexuality.

Brian Klawiter, owner of Dieseltec in Grandville, told WOOD-TV8 that since his original post started going viral, he's received threats against himself, his family, and his business.
