Bathroom Peeper in Grand Rapids!

20-year-old Brandyn Rosa who was charged for recording women in with his cell phone in one of Grand Rapids restaurant said, "I'm not a monster, I'm not a horrible person".

According to Wood TV 8, Rosa said in a video interview from the Kent County jail, "I made a mistake. I know it's wrong."

A 14-year-old girl noticed a smartphone hidden near a light in the bathroom of the Penn Station East Coast Subs on 28th Street. The young girl alerted her father, who phoned the police. Police arrested Rosa soon after and during the investigation they discovered a library of child porn.

Rosa faces a host of charges including capturing and distributing images of an unclothed person, possession of child pornography, child abusive activity and a count that includes child sexually abusive commercial activity.

Rosa, if convicted, will face up to life in prison.
