Illinois based Aspen Foods has recalled 561,000 pounds of frozen chicken due to possible Salmonella contamination, Wood TV-8 reports.

This recall comes after Aspen's recall of 2 million pounds of chicken in July because of similar concerns.

According to the USDA, the raw, frozen chicken products include Chicken Cordon Bleu, Chicken Kiev, Buffalo Style Chicken, and Parmesan Breaded Chicken.

They were produced between August 25, 2015 and September 17, 2015 with “best if used by” dates of August 23, 2016 to December 15, 2016. The products subject to recall have the establishment number “P-1358” inside the USDA mark of inspection.

The recalled products were sent to retail and food service locations across the country. Some brands involved in the recall are Spartan, Sysco, Kirkwood, and Schwan's.

A full list of recalled products can be found on the USDA's website.

According to the CDC, most people infected with Salmonella develop diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps 12 to 72 hours after infection, with symptoms lasting 4-7 days.

Cooking chicken all the way through to a temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit should kill Salmonella.
