Maybe you know the bar at 4050 Chicago Drive by another name. Over the years it's also been called The Chicago Drive Pub & Grill and Whiskey River Saloon.

Well, depending on who buys it, maybe it will have another name soon!

I wasn't able to find a ton about Grandville Pub online... maybe that's due to the name changes? From what I can tell, the bar has been closed for a while. Pre-pandemic, it sounds like the place was pretty poppin' on Friday and Saturday nights with karaoke or a live DJ, darts and pool. It also served as a restaurant and private event space.

According to the listing, the bar is in a "prime location" downtown Grandville, with the Farmers Market and shops nearby. Recently renovated, the 13,000 square foot space inlcludes storage areas, cold lockers, office space, and a large kitchen. There's a separate entrance for the event space once restaurant. The liquor license is included in the purchase. The listing also says buyers should be serious and will have to sign an NDA.

The listing doesn't say if all the equipment (including pool tables, electronic darts, and pinball machines) and inventory (alcohol) is included in the sale, but it sure looks like there's a lot of that left in the building.
