EA Teases Plants vs Zombies for PlayStation
The botanical war against the undead could be coming over to PlayStation systems based on a recent, cryptic message from Electronic Arts.
Electronic Arts has recently Tweeted an awesome image paying tribute to Sly Cooper. The picture is of a Plants Vs. Zombies' Peashooter dressed like Sly named "Shy Shooter," with a tagline of "Shooters just got weird." The strange camera angle of the plant alludes to the third-person perspective of Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare. There were also teaser images released parodying Ratchet and Clank and Fat Princess, two other Sony exclusives. This is not unlike last year's pre-E3 campaign for Garden Warfare that poked fun at Mass Effect, Medal of Honor and Dead Space.
Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare was released earlier this year for both the Xbox One and Xbox 360. This image strongly suggests that EA is planning for a PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 version of the game. We'll likely learn more in a few weeks at E3.
While nothing is set in stone, we can't wait to play a game of Gnome Bomb on the PlayStation 4.
