Two mail trucks were stopped on the Blue Water Bridge near Port Huron, MI on April 26th and officials found almost 15 pounds of marijuana inside.

According to The Times Herald, the two Canadian mail trucks were stopped at the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol examination station in Maryville. When officers went through the trucks they found two separate shipments with the marijuana inside.

There was nothing stated in the story about who was sending the drugs or if the mail truck drivers were involved, so I’m guessing they weren’t.

The Times Herald says the weed was vacuumed sealed and worth around $53,000. It’s now in the custody of the CBP.
