Korn’s “Narcissistic Cannibal”–Fu**ing Awesome or Totally Lame?
Korn have been slightly reinventing themselves over the past year, incorporating a lot of dubstep into their traditional nu-metal sound. In fact, the group plan to release a whole album worth of similar material called The Path of Totality. Korn just unveiled the music video for "Narcissistic Cannibal" which you can watch after the jump.
"Narcissistic Cannibal" is the second single from The Path of Totality and Korn team up with dubstep "it man" Skrillex, who produced their last single "Get Up". The video was filmed on September 27 at the legendary Roxy Theatre in Hollywood. The first 125 fans were able to get in free and be part of the shoot.
The Path of Totality is scheduled to drop in stores December 6. Other dubstep producers that Korn collaborated with include Excision, 12th Planet, Noisia and more. As I've said before, I'm digging the current direction Korn are taking. I can't wait for the new record to come out.
