Trent Reznor Killed Abe Lincoln’s Mom?
Trent Reznor seems to have grown very fond of his recent success in Hollywood. After winning both a Golden Globe and Oscar for scoring the soundtrack to The Social Network, Reznor is reportedly in talks to play a vampire who kills the mother of 16th U.S. president Abraham Lincoln.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Reznor would compose the score for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, and also portray Jack Barts, the vampire who murders Lincoln's mother and sets the future president's destiny as a vampire slayer in motion.
Seriously, I can't make this up.
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, based off the 2010 bestselling book of the same name, tells the story of Lincoln's quest to rid the world of vampires. It seems fitting that Reznor would be part of this project. If the film isn't too cheesy, I hope the musician hops on board. It's better than being associated with Twilight.
