This Kid Has Created Automatic Sunglasses

I gotta get these!!!!

Isn't it weird when people invent something to solve a problem that's not really a problem in the first place?  Take, for instance, sunglasses.  When it's bright, you put them on.  There's really no need for a shortcut, especially since though those transitions lenses have been around for a while.  But this kid felt it necessary to create what he calls "automatic sunglasses."

While you're sitting in the shade, the lenses retract to the side.  But once you step into the sun, BAM!  The slide in front of your eyeballs, protecting you from Mother Nature's brightness!  And they look super cool, too!  OK, no they don't.  They look like s**t, actually.  But this kid managed to invent something pretty cool, so we'll give him some credit, even though he'll never sell one pair.
