Theory of a Deadman, Skillet Added to Summer Celebration Lineup
Organizers for the Muskegon Summer Celebration festival have announced more acts for this year's lineup. Theory of a Deadman and Skillet will hit the stage July 3.
If you missed Theory and Skillet at the Avalanche Tour last week, here's another chance to see two excellent live bands. They join previously announced hometown heroes Pop Evil, who'll perform on July 1.
Theory of a Deadman are set to release their new album, Truth Is..., on July 12. It's the follow-up to 2008's Scars and Souvenirs. Skillet will start to work on their next album following non-stop support for their breakthrough disc Awake. Lead singer John Cooper told me at the Avalanche Tour that he feels the pressure to make another successful record.
