Several Nirvana-related items will hit Julien's Live auction block this Saturday, Nov. 7. Among them is the green cardigan sweater Kurt Cobain wore during Nirvana's 1993 MTV Unplugged performance, Rolling Stone reports. Bidding starts at $20,000.

This is one of those stories we hear about quite a bit. A guy in Massachusetts went to an auction and paid $40 for an old desk. According to officials from the auction house, Kelley Auctions, they see this type of desk every day. They're extremely common. But the one thing that wasn't common about this desk is what was left inside, WCVB-TV reported.

Guns N' Roses fans will want to pay close attention to this.  Former GN'R guitarist Slash will auction off a lot of cool items starting next month, including a guitar that was used to record one of the band's best songs.
