Pearl Jam Announce North American Fall Tour

Pearl Jam tour dates in the U.S. were few and far in between last year, but thankfully fans won't have to suffer the same fate in 2013. The grunge icons have revealed a full-fledged North American tour to kick off later this year.

As SPIN reports, the tour will launch October 11 at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Quite a few cities will see Pearl Jam performing two-night stints in their towns, including Brooklyn, NY, Philadelphia, PA, and Los Angeles, CA. Unfortunately no Michigan date has been announced, which is surprising since the Mitten state has always been home to a strong PJ fan base. Tickets go on sale to the general public July 27 at 10AM, but those who are part of Pearl Jam's Ten Club can get first crack at tickets now during an exclusive pre-sale. Get more details at the group's official website. That is also the place you will find a clock counting down to Thursday, July 11, at 3PM EST. While it hasn't been confirmed, all signs point to a new album announcement.
