Neighborhood Is Fed Up With One Neighbor For Feeding Stray Cats

Don't feed the cats!! I am a little confused by this. A mystery woman in San Antonio, TX is committing random acts of cat-feeding and causing a lot of problems for the residents. Witnesses say she will drive up at random times and just unload bags of cat food for strays. Her generosity has caused a multitude of cats and other various animals to flock to the area and local residents have been submitting complaints. If she is busted, she may face a misdemeanor fine...for feeding cats.
