Free Beer & Hot Wings: Fake Kidnapping Might Be Worst Prank Ever [Video]

Ladies and gentlemen: The people featured in this Sequim, Wash., incident are stupid.

For some reason, they thought it would be a good idea to stage a fake kidnapping and record the whole thing as sort of a public-service announcement.

So, they sat a kid down on a bench in a park, pulled up in a car while wearing ski masks, hopped out of the car and “kidnapped” the child.

Not surprisingly, people in the area freaked out and called the cops, KOMO-4 reported.

Bad idea. Very bad idea.

Meanwhile, a local prosecutor says no charges are expected in the incident.
