Jimmer Fredette Is Too Popular to Attend Classes

Jimmer Fredette and his third-seeded BYU Cougars only reached the Round of 16 during last month's NCAA tournament, a somewhat disappointing result. However, that hasn't made college basketball's Player of the Year any less popular on campus.

In fact, the BYU administration recently asked the senior to stop attending classes, because his mere presence was affecting the learning environment at the Provo, UT, college. Fredette will complete the reminder of his courses online.

Lightning Strikes New York’s Empire State Building Three Times [VIDEOS]

There was a major thunderstorm that raged through New York City on Tuesday night. The rain came pouring down and the thunder slammed loudly throughout the night.

A lot of dogs were hiding under beds, children were scared, and adults were pretending not to be. The storm was so crazy that New York's most famous landmark, The Empire State Building, was struck by lightning at least three times -- and even cooler than that, it was caught on video!

Couple Tries to Rob Charity Lemonade Stand

In an attempt to garner the title "World's Meanest Robbers," a couple in Houston held up a charity lemonade stand run by 13-year-old Chelsea Edwards and her two friends.

Gage Turner, 20, and Amber Umbarger, 21, allegedly approached the lemonade booth, inquired about the cost and then grabbed the money jar and ran.
