Axl Rose sues ‘Guitar Hero III’ publisher

Axl Rose sues yet again!  The Guns N’ Roses frontman is suing Activision for $20 million. The most interesting part is why.  Rose claims he allowed Activision to use “Welcome To The Jungle” as long as an avatar of Slash or Velvet Revolver songs were not included in the game.  As anyone who’s played the game knows, that is certainly not the case.

Players can feature Slash while playing “Welcome To The Jungle”, which really pisses off Rose.  He doesn’t want people thinking Slash is part of Guns N’ Roses again.  Anyone with a brain knows that Slash has not been a part of GNR for over 15 years.  However, if he has a signed document from Activision supporting his case, he’s technically in the right.  Crazy bastard.
