Driving through Muskegon one day quite a few years back, I came across this place. It was the first digital camera I ever owned so I was taking pictures of everything. Of all the years that I had that digital camera (eventually the zoom broke), this was one of the best pictures I ever took!
This has been a moment I have been waiting for over 10 years. Ten years of waiting for the delicious green nectar in a can. 10 years of remembering being a kid, playing Super Nintendo closely to my TV, late night while crickets chirped.
Trying to recapture that feeling over the years was impossible, since one part has been missing. Finally, that old feeling could come true today.
The cult classic '90s beverage Surge will be arriving at my doorstep later today.
Every time I am on 28th St, I have to make a stop at Krispy Kreme. I know, doughnuts are not healthy for you at all, but I can't resist these delicious glazed pieces of bread. Then they announced two of my favorite things will be collaborating to celebrate a 30th anniversary.
Not only was it an awesome show last night, but these lucky winners were given the opportunity to meet the bands Bring Me The Horizon and A Day To Remember on Monday night at The DeltaPlex in Grand Rapids!
They signed stuff, the 97.9 WGRD winners got the new album and were all treated to an awesome night!
There is nothing like waking up to a brand new metal video. Slipknot has shut the doors on some long awaited rumors, and one of those is showcasing the new masks for their upcoming tour! The masks are cool and such, but who are those other guys?
At WGRD, we were recently updated with a awesome new studio with some state-of-the-art tech and audio equipment. It's really cool! However, when I stumbled into Johnnie Walker's office today, I couldn't help but notice a 'Tech Relic' that if kids saw today, they would wonder what the hell it was.
Dumb & Dumber is one of the funniest movies of all time! I can quote countless quotes from the film, and it's in my usual everyday talk where I drop a, "Big Gulps huh? Alright! Well see ya later!" I
t's funny little quotes like this that make the original Dumb & Dumber so damn special. It's 20 years later and comedy has changed...a lot...let's just say, it's gotten dumber. Hence, why I fear for the long awaited sequel.
