It was only a matter of time, don't you think?

I don't own an Xbox One yet, and I am far from purchasing one anytime soon. Mostly because I am quite happy with my Nintendo WiiU currently.

When XB1 came out, it was instantly critisized because of it's 500 GB HD.

Turns out Microsoft wants you to upgrade!

Microsoft announced today that they are taking pre-orders for an Xbox One with a 1 TB Hard Drive.

The first thing that people complained about with the Xbox One was the hefty launch price of $499.99 and the relatively small Hard Drive space of 500 GB.

While I don't own an Xbox One and from what I understand. the game console needs to download the game to your HD to play the game. Some games even take up to 10 GB or more! So if you have a 500 GB HD, you're memory is going to run up pretty quickly.

1 TB makes sense for the console, but why didn't they just do this from the start? The console hasn't been out that long and TB Hard Drives have been out since launch!

If they wanted some nice competition against PS4, they would have included a TB storage space.

Oh well, if you don't have an Xbox One, now may be the time to buy one.
