That is Antilita, the most expensive personal residence in the world.  It is worth about $1 billion.  The home belongs to the 19th richest man in the world, Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries.  The home requires a staff of 600 full time employees.  Antilita boasts 27 stories, yet it's actual height is closer to 40 stories tall.  This is because several floors are 2-3 times the normal height of a floor.

We can't even fathom what 600 full time employees of a personal residence would even do.  Perhaps you could have a butler for every bathroom (even though half of them would stand by a toilet without a single patron.)  Or maybe have someone follow you are around cleaning the floors in front of you and behind you...  Whatever you decide the tasks should be for your 600 person staff, you will be sure to have enough menial, trivial, and often times humiliating duties for everyone.
