The Craft was the movie for sleepovers when I was a kid. It had angsty teens, witchcraft, Skeet Ulrich (Hello!) and it even had that  "Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board" game where you try to "levitate" someone.

I still get freaked out thinking about that crazy witch Nancy's pointy-toed boots just draaaaaaging across the floor. Creepy as heck.

Although, considering I was 12 when the cult film came out, maybe now I wouldn't be as creeped out... Well, we'll just have to see, because The Craft is getting a remake!

According to the Hollywood Reporter Sony is remaking the 1996 supernatural teen thriller, with Honeymoon director, Leigh Janiak, set to write and direct the new movie.

The original starred Robin Tunney, Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell and Rachel True as high schoolers who aspire to be witches. But, when the teens use the dark arts for personal gain, well, s*** just goes crazy.

No news yet on who's eyed to play the wannabe witches this time around.

Here's that "Light as a Feather" scene from the original I was talking about. You want to try it now, don't you??
