You know that old adage, "The customer is always right"?  Yeah, that's not always true.  Case in point: the woman in the video below, who is a passenger on a Spirit Airlines flight from Baltimore to Atlanta.

According to the video description, the woman rudely asked the flight attendant for two plastic cups.  Now, the whole situation probably could have been avoided if the flight attendant just sucked it up and gave her the requested cups, but she did not.  And it caused the passenger to freak the f**k out in lengthy fashion.

And now, a question for the flight attendant AND the passenger: Was it all worth it?  Were the cups really worth fighting over?  Probably not.
