Whiskey Bar Coming to Grand Rapids West Side in March
Home to award-winning breweries and voted "Best Beer Scene in the U.S." and "Best Food City in Michigan", Grand Rapids has a ton going for it the food and beverage department.
WZZM-13 reports that "One Bourbon", Grand Rapids' first whiskey bar, will open on Bridge Street in early March.
"Beer city is missing the bourbon!", One Bourbon's website exclaims.
The bar and restaurant is at 608 Bridge Street-- the site of the former Rocket Lounge.
The menu will feature American regional favorites and West Michigan-inspired plates with a southern flair, made with local ingredients.
One Bourbon will carry 100 different types of whiskeys and bourbons, plus beer, wine and cocktails.
