General Manager Brian Hughes said in a release,

This is a booming golf market. With more than 50 golf courses in the area and rounds played in Michigan increasing by 6.7% last year, metro-Grand Rapids was an obvious market for us. We provide golfers of all levels with the right equipment, apparel and services for them, and we look forward to becoming a valued partner in supporting this local golf community.
