WOODTV reports that Kellogg’s has announced that they will cut 150 jobs in the near future, with 66 of them being in the Battle Creek Area.

The cuts are part of a plan for the company to stabilize as they sell off Keebler cookies and other sweet snacks to Ferrero Group, which is expected to be finalized in by the end of July, according to WOODTV.

Kellogg's told WOODTV,

(The staffing) changes will make Kellogg “better positioned for long-term, sustainable growth.”
