Lakeside Pizza Co. Expands with By-The-Slice Spot in Grand Haven
It was just last fall that Lakeside Pizza Co. opened in Muskegon with a wood-fired pizza concept.

The restaurant puts a lot of care into their pies, and folks seem to dig it! The dough starts with imported Italian flour, is built using a poolish starter, and is cold fermented for 72 hours. Imported tomatoes go into the sauce, and the pizzas are finished with a blend of mozzarella cheese and house-made toppings.

In a social media post announcing the expansion, the owners said, “When life gives you opportunity, you make pizza.”
