Eggo Waffle Food Truck in Grand Rapids this Thursday & Saturday!

First off, there's an Eggo Waffle food truck!! Secondly, it's going to be here in Grand Rapids this week!

Sure, you can get waffles from the grocery store but why that when you can get them from a truck, and FREE at that?! The Eggo Food Truck has been on a summer tour and will be in Grand Rapids on Thursday, the 22nd. They will be parked in front of the Meijer on Wilson Ave. from 8p-11p. Perfect for a late-night snack.

If you miss the truck on Thursday, you can catch it again on Saturday, the 24th at Family Fare on Burlingame Ave. in Wyoming from 9a-4p.

According to the Facebook event page, they will be handing out free waffle samples and swag to those who stop at the truck. You can get one of their own creations on the menu or build your own waffle bar! After scoping Instagram, I found the menu and they all sound amazing! Also, why haven't I ever thought to make a PB&J sandwich in waffles? GENIUS!

The truck will also feature a surprise Eggo "creation of the day" just for waffle lovers in Grand Rapids.

The food truck is hitting up different cities throughout the U.S. until October.
