City of Grand Rapids Dance and Fitness Classes
The City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department announced recently that registration is now open for adult fitness classes running in September and October 2024.

You can choose from over 40 virtual or in person yoga, cardio, dance, and fitness classes for people of all ages and abilities.

- Rowing
- Zumba
- Xtreme Hip Hop Step

- Water Aerobics
- Barre
- Kettleball AMPD
- Slow Flow Yoga
- Gentle Music Movement
- Tai Kwon Do
- Ballroom Dancing
