Car Salesman Steals Nude Photos Off of Customer’s Phone, Uploads Them to Swingers’ Website

Nearly two years ago, Tim and Claire Gautreaux of Grapevine, Texas went to a Toyota dealership to buy a car. Tim had downloaded an app to get pre-approved for financing. The salesman asked to see the app on his phone, and then he took it to his manager to review for about five minutes.

Tim and Claire say that during those five minutes, the salesman went through their photos, found some nudes of Claire, and emailed them to himself and a swingers website. Then, he deleted the sent email from the outbox to cover his tracks. Tim eventually found it when he used an app that tracks deleted emails.

The Toyota dealership basically stonewalled Tim and Claire when confronted, so they just filed a lawsuit against Toyota and pressed charges against the salesman for breach of computer security. Toyota says they can't comment on the lawsuit.
