A Pleasant Dog is teaming up with the City of Grand Rapids on the project.

In business in Grand Rapids for ten years, A Pleasant Dog's mission is to improve the lives of people and their dogs through training, education, and research. A Pleasant Dog offers gentle, modern dog training through group classes or private sessions.

Starting in July, A Pleasant Dog is offering six upcoming workshops, with more potentially to be added. Each is a stand-alone class.

Topics include:

  • Common behavior problems
  • Training your dog not to pull on its leash
  • Safety and dog training for kids
  • Teaching your dog to come when called
