Don't let summer go by without at least one more road trip. One 78-acre park in Michigan is worthy of the drive. It's less than one hour from Grand Rapids and only costs $5 per vehicle!

Someone authorities should be calling "The Phantom Pooper" has struck again at the Whitmore Lake Athletic field, about 10 miles north of Ann Arbor. They're not calling him that, but it would be a great name for him. I say "him", because I doubt a woman would be pooping on a school field.

Today in West Grand Rapids, hundreds of Amway volunteers converged on Steepletown Preschool to help construct a new playground for the kids! They turned the undeveloped lot at the corner of Fifth and Muskegon NW into a family-friendly safe play space.
