We’re less than two months out from the next Star Wars film and you can practically taste the anticipation. But just in case you need more reasons to get totally hyped for The Last Jedi, Lucasfilm has revealed a new still and dropped a new behind the scenes video that takes us right to the top-secret Star Wars set...
They already unveiled the massive model of the Star Wars Land coming soon to both Disneyland and Walt Disney World, but today at Disney’s D23 convention, the Mouse House gave even more details about this expansion, coming some time in 2019. Most importantly, they gave the thing a name: Henceforth, it is officially called Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. (The name covers both the Disneyland and Disney World versions.) You will be forgiven if you continue to call it Star Wars Land.

Steve Sansweet, who offers tours of the ranch and its many pieces of Star Wars history, says that not only do the items taken make up about $200,000, it appears to be an inside job.
When Lucasfilm initially announced Star Wars: Episode IX, the tentative plan was to release it in theaters on May 23, 2019 — that date was never confirmed, however, and when the studio shifted their releases to December (with the exception of the young Han Solo spinoff), everyone just assumed that it was only a matter of time before Episode IX’s release date was changed, too.
