"The Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show" finally had their big race! They wanted to see if four of them running relay style for 800 meters (200 meters each) could beat the time of their intern, who runs for Aquinas College.

Sunday was the 10th annual Grand Rapids Marathon and Half Marathon. Along with thousands of other people from around Michigan and other surrounding states I laced up my running shoes and joined the madness!
